The Findings
On 2nd July 2002, the Investigation Committee of the The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) found that prima facie cases had been established under the Disciplinary Bye-laws against Michael E Lake FCA and Richard C A Francis FCA. As a result, both were subject to Consent Orders made by the Investigation Committee on 20th November 2002.
